The training dates and race for the 2018 CRC Spring Session are yet to be determined. Registration opens early in February.
Training is 1-1/2 hours and held rain or shine Tuesday & Thursday in Carmichalel. The start time is 4:30pm.
Participants benefit from 7 weeks of training that includes running form, dynamic and static stretching, discussions on running related topics and guest speakers. Training also includes an introduction to yoga, speed work and agility training. A training schedule is provided at the beginning of the session.
