

Fall Training
The 2019 CRC Fall Training Session begins Tuesday, September 10th with registration beginning in early August. Training culminates with participation in the Run For a Safe Haven in William Land Park on Saturday, October 26th.
Training is 1-1/2 hours and held Tuesday and Thursday in Carmichalel. The start time is 4:30pm. Loss of daylight during the session may require the start time to be moved up as early as 3:30pm.
Participants benefit from 7 weeks of training that includes running form, dynamic and static stretching and discussions on running related topics. We'll occasionally have a guest speaker or runner. Training includes speed work and agility training. Runners are asked to train at least two times per week. A training schedule is provided at the beginning of the session so participants can make up their run if a session is missed.
